Paperwork Requirements
1) Registration Form
2) Anti-Bullying Policy
3) Texas ID, Military ID or Passport

Birth Certificate, Social Security Card and one additional proof of identification
(ex: shot records, report card, etc.)
4) AAU Code of Conduct (will be provided)
5) Proof of AAU Membership ($16, registration online & parent must complete)*
