Cheer Registration Fees

We understand things happen and sometimes a child may need to back out from playing after registration. The registration fee for most divisions is the cost of the uniform and the functioning of the program for the season. 

As a general policy, registration fees for participating in the MAYA Mustangs Youth Football and Cheerleading programs are non-refundable.  This means that once a parent or guardian registers a child in the program and pays the registration fee, the fee will not be returned if a parent or guardian makes the decision that their child will not participate in football or cheerleading, for any reason.

A few exceptions are:

• Registration fees are refundable if a child is registered in the program within the defined registration period but SYF/SYC is unable to roster the child on a team
• State of return (e.g. unworn)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
